Bubbl (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it’s handled. Bubbl is a simple hydration reminder and water-tracking app with no ads, no analytics, and no server or cloud features.

We do not collect personal data. Bubbl does not require an account and does not send data to our servers or any third parties.
a. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
To provide core functionality, Bubbl stores the following only on your device:
- Hydration logs (your recorded water intake)
- Goals, streaks, and awards
- Reminder schedules and notification preferences
- In-app settings (e.g., units, theme)
This data never leaves your device unless you actively back it up using your device’s own backup features.
b. Permissions
- Notifications: Used to send local hydration reminders you configure.
- Alarms/Background Scheduling (platform-dependent): Used to schedule reminders at the times you choose.
Bubbl does not request access to contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone, health services, or any other sensitive permissions.
2. What We Don’t Do
- No ads or ad networks
- No analytics or tracking
- No account sign-in or social login
- No cloud sync or server storage
- No sale or sharing of personal data
3. How Your Data Is Used
All app data is used solely to power features you expect (tracking intake, managing goals and reminders) and is processed locally on your device.

Data is stored locally on your device. Please use your device’s built-in security (e.g., screen lock) and backups as needed. As no data is sent to us, we do not control device-level security or backups.

- Notifications: Enable, disable, or adjust reminder settings in the app or your device settings.
- Reset/Delete Data: You can clear your logs and settings from within the app (if provided) or by uninstalling the app from your device.
- Backups: If you use system backups, your app data may be included according to your device’s OS settings.
7. Children’s Privacy
Bubbl is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can assist you.
8. Data Retention
All data remains on your device until you delete it (e.g., via an in-app reset option if available) or uninstall the app. Uninstalling Bubbl removes the app and its locally stored data from your device.
9. International Transfers
Not applicable. Bubbl does not transfer your data to our servers or third parties.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above and may provide an in-app notice.
