Interview Prep Coach ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our mobile app.

a. No Account or Personal Identifiers
Interview Prep Coach does not require an account. We do not ask for or collect any personal information that can identify you, such as your name, email address, or phone number.
b. App Usage Data (Analytics)
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics to help us improve the app. This data does not identify you personally and includes:
- Pages viewed and session length
- Device information (e.g., OS version, model)
- Crash and performance data
c. Advertising Data
We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect certain data to serve these ads, which may include:
- Device Advertising ID
- Approximate location
- Usage patterns for ad delivery and (if enabled) personalization
You can manage your ad preferences and limit ad personalization at Google Ad Settings.
d. In-App Purchase Information
We offer in-app purchases (IAPs) to remove ads or unlock additional features. When you make a purchase, the transaction is handled directly by the app store (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We do not collect or store your payment information, such as credit card details. We only receive a confirmation from the app store that a purchase has been completed so we can deliver the purchased content to you.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Deliver and improve the features of Interview Prep Coach
- Analyze app usage and improve reliability and performance via Firebase Analytics
- Serve ads through AdMob (personalized or non-personalized based on your settings)
- Verify and deliver in-app purchases
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data.
We share data only with the following third-party services as necessary to operate the app:
- Google services we use (Firebase Analytics and AdMob) — you can review the Google Privacy Policy for more details.
- The respective app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) to process and confirm your in-app purchases.
4. Security
We use encrypted HTTPS connections and secure cloud storage practices to protect data in transit and at rest from unauthorized access.
5. Your Rights and Choices
- You can reset or limit your device’s Advertising ID in your device settings.
- You can control ad personalization via Google Ad Settings.
- You may be able to limit analytics collection through your device's privacy settings.
6. Children’s Privacy
Interview Prep Coach is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under this age.
7. Data Retention
Anonymous usage data and advertising identifiers are retained in accordance with the policies of our third-party service providers (Google Firebase and AdMob). We do not store any personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
