Try resetting your password. If you still can't log in, check if your email address is correct or contact support.
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.
After multiple failed login attempts, accounts may be temporarily locked. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact support.
Check your filters and make sure you're viewing the correct project or workspace. Try refreshing the page.
Verify that the team member has been added to your workspace and has the appropriate permissions.
Check your notification settings in your profile. Also verify that you haven't disabled notifications at the browser or device level.
Review your subscription details in account settings. If you believe there's an error, contact our billing department with your invoice number.
Go to Settings > Billing > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Contact our support team with your order details. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.
Make sure you're running the latest version of the app. Try clearing the app cache or reinstalling the app.
Check your internet connection. If issues persist, log out and log back in to force a fresh sync.
Verify that your device has sufficient storage space and that the app has permission to access your files.
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration. Ensure you have the necessary permissions in your Slack workspace.
Make sure you've granted all required permissions. Check if your Google account is using 2FA, which might require an app password.
Review your API usage patterns. Consider implementing caching or reducing the frequency of requests.
